Heavy equipment side looks decent on their site but I need real feedback. Anyone get a machine delivered or did pickup? Hows their prep work?

My first tractor ever. Workmaster 25S with 82 hrs. Honestly got a little emotional when it showed up lol. They helped me through the whole thing.
