Terms of Use

1. Accounts

You need an account to post. You are responsible for what happens under it, so keep your password to yourself. One account per person. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

2. Your content

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to display and distribute it as part of the community. Do not post material you do not have the rights to.

3. Conduct

No harassment, no spam, no undisclosed advertising, and no impersonating staff or dealers. Reviews must describe your own experience with that business.

4. Safety information is not professional advice

This is the important one. Discussion here — including anything about rigging, lift planning, hydraulics, load charts or ground bearing capacity — is peer commentary, not engineering advice. It is not a substitute for the manufacturer's manual, a qualified engineer, or applicable regulations. You are responsible for work carried out on your machines and your sites.

5. Classifieds

Listings are between members. We do not broker, inspect, escrow or guarantee any sale, and we are not party to disputes that follow one.

6. Affiliate links

Some outbound product links earn the community a commission. This never changes what members are allowed to say about a product or a dealer.

7. Changes

We may update these terms; continued use after a change means you accept the updated version. See also our privacy policy.
